BJM_360
BJM_360 is a holistic and transformative dance experience for dancers aged 15 to 25. Designed by Alexandra Damiani, this multidisciplinary program addresses the artistic components necessary for comprehensive training as well as the auxiliary skills needed to maintain a balanced life and pursue a career.

Mission
The intensive program offers young artists individualized, personalized coaching and a unique opportunity to interact directly with the Ballets Jazz Montréal team and experience life within the company. BJM aims to create meaningful connections between participants, dancers, the rehearsal director, and the company's artistic director.
The workshop is structured around ballet classes, improvisation, repertoire, as well as Primal Movement, Qigong classes and complementary seminars with inspiring guests.
This approach allows participants to broaden their knowledge of movement and acquire tools that will be useful not only as dancers, but also in everyday life.
BJM values rigor and passion, dialogue and curiosity. And that is the goal of BJM_360: to share all of this with young performers who aspire to become professionals.
